As a former prosecutor for the Texas Department of Public Safety, I am an expert in all matters relating to ALR hearings. I am available for contract work for ALR hearings set in Collin, Dallas, Denton, or Tarrant County. For a slightly higher fee, I am also available for ALR hearings in Wichita Falls.
Administrative hearings are their own animal. The rules that apply are not the same as those that apply in a criminal court.
